🔁 Return Information (EN)

Please submit your return request conveniently via our return portal within 30 days of receiving your shipment.

📦 Important for customers from Austria and Switzerland:
Currently, we cannot provide return labels for these countries.
Please submit your request via the portal and arrange the return shipment yourself.

Here's how:

1. In the shop navigation, click on the profile icon.

• Log in to your account. In the Email field, enter your email address and then click Continue.
• In your email account, open the email sent by our shop and copy the six-digit verification code from the email.
• Go back to the online shop and enter the six-digit verification code.

2. Click on the order for which you want to send the return.

3. If your order contains more than one item, select the items you want to return.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the shop.

5. Click Request return.

Once your return request has been approved and shipping is required, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. This usually happens within one business day. Once the product has been returned, you will receive a refund.
