A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction
Consumers have a right of cancellation subject to the following provisions, where a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither their trade nor their professional activity:

Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without stating any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the last item delivered.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (BIMONI GmbH, Stahlgruberring 32, 81829 Munich, Germany, Tel.: 08972488890, Email: service@bimoni.de) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the enclosed model cancellation form for this purpose, although you are not required to do so.
You may also exercise your right of cancellation online on the website at https://bimoni.de/pages/widerrufsrecht. If you use this online function, you will be sent an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email) without delay, with information about the content of the cancellation statement as well as the date and time of its receipt.
To meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and in any event within fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your cancellation of this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; no fees will be charged to you in connection with this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods without delay and in any event within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract.
Returns/returns may be sent exclusively to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You will only be liable for any reduction in the value of the goods if this reduction is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to check the condition, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or early expiry of the right of cancellation
The right of cancellation expires early in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

General information
1) Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please return the goods to us in the original packaging, with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage using suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return the goods to us without paying for shipping.
3) Please note that the above points 1-2 are not a requirement for the valid exercise of the right of cancellation.
