How to measure correctly
AMeasure at the waistband
Measure the body circumference where you wear the waistband. For low rise, this point is lower than the natural waist.
Keep the measuring tape horizontal. Place it close to the body without tightening.

The circumference values refer to the body. A flat-measured waistband width is not a body circumference. Between two sizes? Choose the larger size if you prefer a more comfortable fit.
