About BIMONI

BIMONI is a growing men's underwear and swimwear brand from Munich. We stand for body-hugging cuts, confident style, and products that stand out. Our goal is to significantly increase BIMONI's visibility on Instagram and build a strong community around our brand.

For this, we are looking for someone who can not only post, but actively find, approach, and organize creators, models, photographers, and suitable cooperation partners.

Your Responsibilities

You will help us increase BIMONI's presence on Instagram and implement a strong creator strategy.

Your tasks include:

• Researching and contacting suitable creators, models, photographers, and micro-influencers
  
• Organizing collaborations, collab posts, reels, and stories
  
• Building a network of nano and micro-creators
  
• Planning small shoots, creator meetings, or fitting events
  
• Coordinating products, sizes, shipping, and briefings
  
• Following up on agreed-upon posts, stories, and discount codes
  
• Developing content ideas for Instagram Reels, stories, and collab posts
  
• Communicating with creators in German and English
  
• Analyzing which cooperations generate reach, content, or sales
  
• Supporting the development of a visible BIMONI community
  

What You Should Bring

• Experience with Instagram, Reels, Creator Marketing, or influencer collaborations
  
• A good sense of aesthetics, lifestyle, fashion, and social media trends
  
• Independent, structured, and reliable work ethic
  
• Strong communication skills and no hesitation to actively contact creators
  
• Understanding of the target audience for men's underwear, swimwear, fitness, lifestyle, and the queer scene
  
• Excellent German, good English is an advantage
  
• Organizational talent for shoots, small events, and collaborations
  
• Proficient in Instagram, Canva, or similar tools is an advantage

We are not looking for a traditional social media agency that merely plans posts. We are looking for someone who actively builds visibility.

You should understand how to generate significant reach with a limited budget: through good creator selection, strong collab posts, small events, high-quality content, and consistent follow-up.
